1. Service description
Hodor Publisher is a web application that helps authorized creators prepare short-form video content and publish approved content to a connected TikTok account.
The service may help prepare scripts, captions, hashtags, publishing metadata, voiceover assets, visual assets, rendered video files, and publishing workflow status.
2. Access and authorization
The service can be used only by authorized users who connect their TikTok account through the authorization flow.
By connecting a TikTok account, the user authorizes Hodor Publisher to use granted permissions only for publishing-related actions selected by the user.
The user can revoke access to the connected TikTok account through TikTok account settings.
3. User responsibility
The user is fully responsible for all content created, prepared, uploaded, rendered, or published through the service.
The user must ensure that all content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rules, privacy rules, TikTok platform policies, community guidelines, and any other rules that apply to the connected account.
4. Content ownership
Hodor Publisher does not claim ownership of user-created video content, captions, hashtags, scripts, voiceovers, visual materials, or publishing materials.
The user remains responsible for their own content and for having the rights required to use and publish that content.
5. Prohibited use
The user must not use Hodor Publisher to create, prepare, upload, or publish content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, deceptive, spam-like, or otherwise prohibited by applicable laws or platform rules.
The service must not be used to publish content without authorization from the owner of the connected TikTok account.
6. Third-party services
Hodor Publisher may use third-party infrastructure and API providers to operate the service, including hosting, database, automation, rendering, storage, video generation, and publishing API providers.
Use of TikTok-related functionality is also subject to TikTok rules, policies, and account requirements.
7. Privacy and data
Information processed by Hodor Publisher is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued as part of normal maintenance, security work, product development, or third-party service changes.
Hodor Publisher may update these Terms of Service when the service, legal requirements, or platform requirements change.
9. No guarantee of platform approval or publication
Hodor Publisher does not guarantee that any video, caption, account, publishing request, or application review will be accepted, approved, published, or remain available on TikTok or any other platform.
Publishing may depend on account status, platform rules, API availability, review decisions, technical limits, and third-party service behavior.
10. Termination of access
Access to the service may be limited or removed if the service is misused, if security risks are detected, if platform rules require it, or if the service is discontinued.
