Hodor Publisher may process the following information:
- TikTok account authorization data required to connect a creator account
- Access tokens required to perform authorized publishing actions
- Basic account information returned by TikTok APIs, where available
- Video publishing metadata, including captions, hashtags, privacy settings, publishing status, and post-related workflow data
- Generated video metadata, including script, voiceover status, video file URL, render status, and workflow execution logs
- Technical logs required for security, troubleshooting, audit, and service operation
Hodor Publisher does not request or process information that is not required for the publishing workflow.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to:
- Connect the authorized creator account
- Prepare short-form video content
- Manage captions, hashtags, and publishing metadata
- Upload or publish approved content to the connected TikTok account
- Show the result of the publishing workflow
- Troubleshoot errors and maintain service reliability
- Keep audit records of publishing-related actions
Hodor Publisher does not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.
4. TikTok access tokens
Access tokens are used only to perform actions authorized by the connected user, such as checking account publishing information and publishing approved video content.
Access tokens are not sold, rented, shared for advertising purposes, or used outside the authorized publishing workflow.
5. Data sharing
Hodor Publisher does not sell personal data.
Data may be processed by infrastructure and API providers only as necessary to operate the service and complete the publishing workflow requested by the user. These providers may include hosting, database, automation, rendering, storage, and API service providers.
Hodor Publisher does not share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
Workflow data is retained only as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting, audit logs, security, and service improvement.
Stored authorization data and app-related workflow data can be deleted after a user request unless retention is required for security, audit, or legal reasons.
7. Data security
Hodor Publisher uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app-related data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Access to stored workflow data and authorization data is limited to the app owner and systems required to operate the service.

After a deletion request, app-related workflow data and stored authorization data will be removed unless retention is required for security, audit, or legal reasons.

Hodor Publisher is not directed to children and is not intended for users under the age required to use TikTok or related developer services.
